VIRGINIA SMALL BUSINESS INVESTOR GRANT

Claim up to $50,000
Have you invested in a Virginia-based small business through equity or loans? Are you a Virginia taxpayer? If so, even as the owner of the small business, you may be eligible for up to $50,000 cash return on your investment. The Virginia Small Business Financing Authority, in accordance with the Code of Virginia §2.2-1616, is offering cash grants to qualified investors who meet eligibility criteria.

5-Step Process
Step 1. Eligibility
Fill out the eligibility assessment below. Your information on the Investor, the Small Business, and the Investment will be reviewed, and our team will communicate the estimated grant you may be eligible for. Our initial assessment is no cost to you.
Step 2. Agreement
Formalize an agreement with us detailing the scope of service and terms, including a non-disclosure agreement to protect your sensitive company information, including a $500 deposit for our services.
Step 3.
Upload
Using a Google secure cloud-based system, safely upload all necessary documents and information for the review team. We will continuously communicate with you to ensure all required information is provided in time for the application.
Step 4.
Submit
Starting the week of March 18th, we will assess, prepare and submit your application to the VSBFA on your behalf upon full payment of the deposit.
Step 5.
Grant
Upon verification by the VSBFA and approval of the investor, if granted, the award will be sent directly to you via check within 10 business days of approval. Remainder of of payment for our services is due upon receipt of your grant.
